            ->constrainOnly(TRUE)

            ->keepAspectRatio(TRUE)

            ->keepTransparency(TRUE)

            ->keepFrame(FALSE)

            ->resize(80, 80)->getUrl();

And also in "shipped email template" i need to get details "Image, Qty, subtotal"
