How can i show taxvat on emails/pdf orders.

In Stores>Configuration>Customers>Customer Configuration>Address Templates>HTML AND PDF

Im trying it:

{{depend taxvat}}VAT: {{var taxvat}}{{/depend}}

But VAT doesn't appear.

Im trying it:

But VAT doesn't appear.
