乔治·罗斯·伊哈卡（George Ross Ihaka，1954年－）[1]在奥克兰大学统计系任副教授。 伊哈卡与罗伯特·杰特曼是R语言的最初作者。[2][3]
伊哈卡在1985年从加州大学伯克利分校获得博士学位，其导师是戴维·R·布勒林格。[4] 2008年新西兰皇家科学院向伊哈卡颁发皮克林勋章以纪念其对R语言的贡献。[5]截止至2010年，伊哈卡正在编写一种基于LISP的统计编程语言。[6][7]
